Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was a beyond beautiful day in the city...

The little Broski barted over from Berkeley and joined Ian and I for mass at St. Dominic's - a beautiful Gothic church in the heart of Pac Heights...

In we go!

Easter is not Easter without Brunch... So after church, we drove over to a cute little neighborhood in Potrero Hill to check out a place called Plow...

Dining al fresco on a gorg day is literally one of my fave things EVER...

When we arrive, we notice there's quite a few people milling about...

Upon learning that the wait was close to an hour and a half (!), we got on the phone and called a few other places... This is Ian after hanging up with a woman who snarkily told him it was Easter (as if we were some heathens who didn't know) and they were completely booked...!

But Plow looked fun and yummy and it was so nice out, we just decided to stay...

Plus, they were serving mimosas during the wait, which just makes EVERYTHING better!

My boys :)

Aren't they just the cutest?!

David testing out Ian's signature #TopButton...

It was a little chilly in the shade, so Ian lent me his jacket (I left mine in the car, #typical), but once I put it on, I felt distinctly like Elaine from Seinfeld and went around pushing people and yelling, GET OUT!

And, of course, her dance!

Uncanny, right?! ;)

Seriously, the NICEST day!!

SO HAPPY!

Little Dave's attempt to take a pic of us...

Some questionable techniques were employed...

I really should have taken off the Elaine jacket...

Plow's little outdoor patio (where we would be shortly!)...

Check out all the peeps waiting!

Little Dave needs sunnies...

#Chillin...

Finally we were seated!!

Happy Easter!!

We each started our meal with a yummy biscuit and some honey butter...
(Can you really go wrong with honey butter?? I think not)

Ian and I each got the Fried Egg sandwich...

And little bro got "The Plow" - eggs, crispy potatoes, bacon, and lemon ricotta pancakes!

It was all AMAZING and we got totally stuffed...

Woohoo! Successful Easter indeed :)

When we got back home, everyone crashed...

In all fairness, though, that couch really sucks you in...

Little Dave's trying to fight it...

Love these two guys more than life and had the most wonderful time celebrating Easter with them!
